The activity can include carrying out internal audits, a management review on your behalf and attendance at the annual surveillance visit by your external auditor to answer any questions that arise and address any issues that are raised by the auditor. We can make periodic system updates and improvements. These include changes in your systems and processes, responses to changes in external factors such as legislation and improvements to your Management Systems.
